A multi-billion dollar new US chemical plant has started life more than four thousand miles away in Teesside.

It is being designed and developed by a team at Lucite International, which operates a scaled-down version of the plant at its research and development headquarters in the Wilton Centre near Redcar.

Regulatory Specialist
o Supporting the Quality and Regulatory Manager to ensure that all aspects of quality policy and procedures are promoted, adhered to monitored and measured.  They will ensure our products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Quality Control Technician.
o QC final test and inspection, checklist review, filing DHF, equipment calibration, Non-conformance and rejects and production support including checking kits prior to shipment i.e. confirming correct labelling and UDI, and support to goods in checks, assist with health and safety activities
2 X Customer Service Technician
o Responsible for routine servicing and repairing any of our medical products as per our Periodic Preventative Maintenance schedules the role covers electronic and pneumatic component test, repair & diagnostics. (This role may suit a high level production person with experience in electro-mechanical assembly preferable on medical devices but not essential)
Operations Administrator

o To support the different core functions of the Operations department provided within the company., such as processing sales, service and repair quotes, pro-formas and orders, Liaising with freight forwarders and carriers, Administration of order despatch paperwork, including delivery notes and invoices, Creation, administration and completion of assembly orders on the company systems for BOM processing and completion,  Communication with the Sales and Customer Service departments in relation to orders that are progressing through the system.
