Email meEllen has over 15 years’ experience in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors and has worked across a large number of asset types including retail, industrial, office and residential. In her most recent role at Starwood Capital she managed $1 billion of assets across the UK and Europe, working closely with joint venture partners to develop and execute business plans whilst overseeing various restructurings, refinancings and disposals. Her responsibilities at Trinity encompass execution and asset management.

Email meKevin has over thirty-five years’ experience in the biomedical field both in private and the educational/research sectors. In that time, Kevin initially worked on quality assurance of human and veterinary vaccines and engaged in medical research in the immunology field. He subsequently moved into more operational roles, managing laboratory facilities (including high level containment), managing medical research and higher educational campuses and supporting laboratory design and construction projects. Within the Knowledge Factory, Kevin is the Senior Director across the Knowledge Factory portfolio with the responsibility for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations and compliance across the parks. Kevin also works closely with the landlord providing guidance and advice on laboratory design and management as well as assisting with the relationships between universities and other strategic partners to ensure that park facilities and operations are functional, sustainable and safe. Kevin is a member of a number of professional science, facilities and safety bodies to ensure that his professional knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
Judith has been based at Edinburgh Technopole for over 10 years, and has overseen the continued growth of the park. This has included the addition of new buildings, refurbishment of the Grade A listed Bush House and the resulting increase in occupiers. More recently, Judith has been instrumental in achieving both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 for the site. She works closely with the significant partners involved in the Midlothian Science Zone, and helps to actively promote the park and occupiers to a wider audience, on both the national and international stage. The gradual regeneration of Edinburgh has attracted bright new businesses to the local economy; Judith’s aim is to help this continue, create more high value jobs and support the success of companies.
Email meSimon manages the day-to-day operations of Hexagon Tower. Simon has been with our property management partner MJ Mapp for over five years, and has worked as a Facility Manager for 10 years. He is a member of BIFM and is studying for Level 6 Facilities Management with the Leeds College of Building. As Site Manager, Simon supports all our occupiers with their operational requirements.
Email meSteve is the Site Director at the Wilton Centre and his role includes being the main point of contact for occupiers, and encouraging the growth of new and established businesses. Steve works closely with the landlord to ensure that new ventures and investment are in line with what current occupiers need and potential occupiers want.
Email meAndrew is our lead Engineering Manager. His role includes managing all aspects of building maintenance and ensuring all statutory requirements and engineering standards are adhered to across the parks. Andrew is also the first point of contact to assist current and new occupiers with tailoring their space to meet their exact requirements.
Andrew can support businesses that are moving into our assets with complex laboratory, manufacturing or engineering challenges.
Keith is our EHS and Operations Manager, his role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations for the park, together with managing all aspects of health and safety and environmental management on behalf of the owners. Keith is also the main EHS contact for supporting current and new occupiers to operate their facilities safely.
Keith also provides support across all of our parks when companies have challenges that fall within his specialism.
Mike has over 25 years of experience in supporting innovative growing businesses. Mike helps companies to develop their business plans, improve processes and obtain growth funding. He has an extensive network of research contacts and can facilitate introductions to help businesses overcome technical challenges which may arise.
